About the Townhouse
The townhouse sleeps up to six people comfortably in its three bedrooms.
The downstairs area comprises of the living room, kitchen, a double bedroom and a four-piece bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom, a twin bedroom and an additional four-piece bathroom.
The living-room features a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall with Sky television.
All three bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes with the master bedroom having access to its own terrace.
Both bathrooms are fully tiled with toilet, bidet, bath and showers.
Hot water and central heating is provided by an electric boiler which is situated in the upstairs closet.
To the front of the property, there is a patio which receives sun all day and a porch area offering shade – perfect for eating outdoors.
To the rear is the communal pool which is shared between the properties in the complex and is generally quiet. It is highly maintained by the complex staff and regularly cleaned. Sun loungers are provided to take to the area or you may sunbathe on the grass areas around the pool.
The pool area is secure and access is only available to occupants of the complex via key.
Parking is available for one car in the private driveway and ample space on the street for additional vehicles.
